The Operations Manager/General Manager is responsible for making sure the plan is followed — every day, every cycle. This means running the crew, enforcing SOPs, and ensuring the cultivation calendar stays on track. The cultivation methods are in place; what we need is a leader who can execute with discipline and consistency.

The Operations Manager/General Manager is responsible for making sure the plan is followed — every day, every cycle. This means running the crew, enforcing SOPs, and ensuring the cultivation calendar stays on track. The cultivation methods are in place; what we need is a leader who can execute with discipline and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, formalize, and enforce SOPs for cultivation and facility operations.
- Manage and schedule an 8-person cultivation crew; hire, train, coach, and discipline as needed.
- Keep the perpetual cultivation calendar on track — no skipped beats or missed deadlines.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure systems and processes run smoothly.
- Track and report operational KPIs (compliance, labor efficiency, yield consistency).
- Foster a culture of accountability, respect, and professionalism.
- Proven management experience (Operations Manager, General Manager, or similar).
- Experience in cannabis cultivation or agriculture strongly preferred.
- Strong people management skills: scheduling, coaching, and accountability.
- Process-driven and detail-oriented; thrives on structure and consistency.
- Familiarity with compliance systems (METRC preferred).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Base salary: $90,000 – $120,000 (depending on experience).
- Performance bonuses: Based on compliance, efficiency, yield consistency, and schedule adherence.
- Relocation assistance available for out-of-state hires.
